HOLLY HOBBIE (18"): This is a creation that tugs at your heartstrings. This faceless little girl with her oversized bonnet has been delighting us for decades. Perhaps it is just the simple innocence that it brings to mind. But whatever the sentiment, as the stocking toe reminds us, "All Hearts Are Young At Christmas." The higher price tag reflects the amazing amount of embroidery on this stocking. And due to time constraints, I will only be taking orders for Holly Hobbie until April for calendar year 2009. I know this won't be for everyone but if that sweet little girl hidden in the bonnet is your passion, you may not be able to pass her up. |
