THE PROCESSION (18"): There is no doubt that each stocking tells a story, but this particular stocking tells "The Greatest Story Ever Told". On that glorious night, centuries ago, Mary and Joseph found themselves in a stable bearing what was to be the light of the world. "For we have seen his star in the east" is written on the stocking and the three wise men and an angel of God all followed that star to the baby Jesus. Very few words are needed to describe what this stocking portrays to the faithful. |
